"It made my skin look dry and flaky. I did the camera color-match but when I received the product it was too dark. I received some lighter samples to try but unfortunately the correct color still made my skin look dry and flaky. I usually love all the Jane Iredale products but this one is not for me."

"This needs to be re-formulated to be more moisturizing. As other reviews have said, the skin gets very dried out after a few hours. I tried mixing moisturizer on my hand with the foundation. But it only helped a little bit. Zinc needs oils because zinc can dry out the skin. I tried soritzing my face multiple times. It didn't help."

"The product is likely OK, but I wrote in to see what shade to order if I used warm silk loose minerals and It is way too dark. What the official match is just didn’t work for me. I tried it two or three times and it looks quite orange. I’ve used Jane Iredale for 18 years and it’s the only product I’ve not enjoyed, so I’m still a fan of the brand."

I have always gotten your BB cream foundation and noticed you do not carry it anymore. I then ordered light foundation with your new glass packaging which I wasn't thrilled about. I had just got my order, used it once and my bottle fell off counter and shattered. Just so frustrating! I have attached pictures for your reference. Can I please have full refund?"
