Love Hate Relationship

"I love the actual product, as it works wonder for under eye circles. I hate the packaging. The product doesn't come out evenly, as chunks come out and it's too much to use at once, so then it dries in between uses. I try to get just a little bit to come out and that doesn't work. Sorry, Jane Iredale, but the packaging is an epic fail. I hope you redesign the packaging, so that the product can be fully appreciated. Because right now, I'm torn as to whether I would buy again because of the packaging."

Not as Expected

"I gave this a try a few months ago, did not care for it, then a while later, after reading all the five-Star reviews, I ordered a different shade thinking that might be the reason I did not initially care for it. It still is not my favorite. It does highlight, but it does not provide the coverage that the PureMatch Concealer or the Circle\Delete Concealer does. Also, due to its creaminess, it settles in every line like the Circle\Delete Concealer (which I hope one day comes in a less creamy tube form)."

Don’t waste your money

"It doesn’t work properly! Constantly clicking it and very little comes out. The technology is poor. Product quality good. I made a call when I first got it because nothing would come out. It has remained this way. Maybe I got a ‘lemon’. IDK"

Very little needed for fantastic coverage and skin color match

"Excellent skin color match and coverage so great that only a little is needed to pat onto skin, which also keeps down any potential for collecting in fine lines. Love the dispenser -- small brush feels much cleaner/sanitary/easier to apply small amount than using a doe foot applicator covered in excess product that goes right back into the tube. Hoping it'll be easy to see when low through the clear portion so I can order more! Love, love it!"

"I was anxious to try this under eye concealer and was hoping I would love it, but it doesn't apply or look the way I'd like. I don't quite know how to explain that it doesn't give a natural finish. Also, the "click" to apply the product gives you not enough & then too much."

Not sure I’d buy again

"Once you’re able to get the product out, it goes on beautifully and stays on all day but it’s not very user friendly and it seems to run out quickly. Sometimes one pump is enough but other times it takes multiple pumps to get any product out. I’ve had the traditional wand concealer for several months and it still has plenty of product left but this concealer only lasted two months before it ran out (both concealers being used daily)."

"Huge disappointment. Brush gets stiff between uses, comes out with fluid and pigment separated, hard to apply evenly. Even with adding eye cream to emulsify it just doesn’t soak in well. Looks crusty by end of day."

Hi, I am using pure match concealer in 6N, skintuition foundation in 30, and on top pure pressed base in suntan. What colour do you suggest for this concealer?
We recommend you use M8 to match your complexion or LM5 if you'd like to brighten the undereye area.
What is the difference between this and Pure Match Concealer?
