"Worse mascara I have ever used in my entire life. I realize that is a big statement but it is a truthful statement and I'm in my 50's so that's a lot of different mascara's. I've been using JI for 20 years and I dearly love their products. I always trust that they will provide quality products. This product clumps and is impossible to wash away. My lashes looked short and stubby with it. You would be better off wearing a cheap Cover Girl mascara than this stuff. I see now that some of the reviews are incentivized. That is not cool. This stuff is too expensive to be allowing fake reviews."

"LOVE THIS! It is so easy to use, and makes me look 10 years younger! It doesn't rub off leaving your eyes blackened. It washes off with water, no need for makeup remover. Feels light when you're wearing it, not weighed down. You can even accidentally rub your eye and it doesn't cake off."
